Kumeu River, Kumeu Village Pinot Noir, Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand 2024

Usually a blend from estate plots, this vintage is sourced entirely from the Ray's Road vineyard, using grapes that didn't pass muster for the pricier single-vineyard Ray's Road bottling. Unoaked and packed with pure cherry fruit, it's a bright and beautiful Pinot, with youthful lift and energy; perfumed and pretty – serve it a little chilled for summer drinking.
