It's not marked on the label, but winemaker Heather Stewart crafts this weighty yet elegant Sauvignon Blanc from a single vineyard in the Dillon's Point subregion. It has excellent intensity of ripe guava and passionfruit, with a vibrant green bite of fresh lemongrass and oyster leaf.
