Winemaking at this single-vineyard estate is headed up by Eveline Fraser, formerly head winemaker at Cloudy Bay. This Sauvignon shows nice regional and varietal typicity, with lovely purity of fruit. Fresh, citrus aromas with a touch of florality, followed by a layered palate with notes of limey citrus and stone fruit around a mineral core, underpinned by vibrant acidity.
