A clear step up from the entry-level Sauvignon Blanc, this is 16% barrel fermented then aged for six months in oak, giving good complexity and interest for the price. Intense aromas and flavours of creamy tropical and stone fruit, plus fresh herbs, a twist of preserved lemon and some tart gooseberry on the finish.
