Made from a single parcel of biodynamic Sauvignon Blanc grown in Seresin's Raupo Creek vineyard, this has lovely concentration and depth of fruit. Wild-fermented in barrel, with 14 months of lees contact, there's plenty of texture and character here. Vibrant lemon and lime citrus is layered with tropical notes, plus some creamy peach and vanilla and a whisper of savoury complexity, finishing bone-dry with crunchy acidity. Drinking beautifully now, but will keep for a few more years.
