Villa Maria, Taylor’s Pass Pinot Noir, Marlborough 2019

Varietal, pure, ripe red fruits bouquet with dark cherry and raspberry compote, ripe cranberry and tart raspberry, fine oak, mineral laden and pure. Complex and very enticing. Fine chalky tannins, quite polished. A core of ripe red berry fruits and a fine savoury layer adds vibrato and tension. Fantastic mouthfeel along with finesse and charm, floral and mineral. Very lengthy finish with layers of flavour texture and perfectly placed oak.
