A single vineyard and terraced site expression showcasing pure citrus fruit aromas, a fine savoury seam and stony mineral quality. Flavours of fresh peach, lemon, sage, basil, wet stone and a light saline complexity. Lemon, green apple, tropical fruits and sweet basil flavours. Salivating, crisp and quite delicious with a savoury, fine chalky texture driving through a core of fruit. Excellent palate weight and texture leading to a lengthy finish.
