Dry, urgent, bright Riesling made by Ben Glover on the family estate in the highly regarded Dillon's Point sub-region of Marlborough. Flavours of Granny Smith apples along with some mineral characteristics and a supple texture. Works best with food - try smoked salmon or crab linguine.
