Superb Tawny of great character and purity, with flavours chiseled with great definition by vivid, mouthwatering acidity and juicy zestiness. There's unctuous caramel, toffee and molasses but also fleshy loquat, dried apricot and orange - all in perfect balance and cloaked in the most alluring smokiness. Very long finish with lingering Darjeeling, toasted walnuts and chestnut honey and a refreshing twist of orange zest.
