Kopke, Douro Reserva Tinto, Douro Valley, Portugal, 2017

A blend of Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz from Port producer Kopke, this is a big, structured Douro red, with deep black fruit aromas. Plenty of dark fruit depth on the palate, interwoven with spice, leather and cedary oak notes. Fine tannins with coiled power; this will evolve further in the bottle.
