A blend of old-vine Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz, foot-trodden and aged for 12 months in used barrels. Deep spicy black fruit aromas with an edge of black cherry. Intense and lean black fruit palate with firm tannins, leather notes and spice. Finishes a little short at the moment, but should round out with further time in bottle.
