Vallado’s 30-year-old is sourced from old field-blend vines planted to more than 35 different grape varieties. A pale, delicate hue, with lifted orange peel, saffron and marmalade notes. Sings with the freshness of caramelised oranges on a mellifluous palate, with honey, dates and dried fig. Long, persistent and very elegant, with delicious Bourbon vanilla nuance to the finish. Aged in very old 600L oak casks and bottled in 2019 with 135g/L residual sugar.
