An easy introduction to orange wine. The juice of native Romanian grapes plus a dash of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay is left in contact with the skins for 3.5 weeks, giving a nice raspy texture to the pear and apricot fruit, with a herbal bitters edge.
