Winemaker Rikus Neethling's Semillon-Sauvignon blend (named after his mum) is wild-yeast fermented and matured on its lees in barrels for seven months. It is characterful and juicy, boasting ripe tropical fruit and subtle fennel notes. 2,700 bottles made.
