A beautiful nose of raspberry and candle wax that continues on the palate where it’s joined by dried herbs, blackberries and confected red fruits. Lovely, lush mouthfeel, with a bite of red liquorice and aromatic baking spice on the finish. 100% Grenache from single-site bush vines planted at high altitude on sandstone soil. The free-run juice is fermented separately from the skin and pulp, then both parts come together and are aged in old French oak.
