Matured on Chenin Blanc lees in 300 and 500 litre French oak barrels for 11 months, with regular batonage. The result is a vibrant wine with an apricot, citrus rind and honey nose and a long, creamy palate with stone fruit and baked apple. It has a lovely fresh acidity that cuts through the richness.
