There’s a bold classicism to all of Ntiski Biyela’s wines, as shown in this poised yet assertive Cabernet Sauvignon. Intense black fruit is topped by a savoury layer of dry herbs and forest floor. A touch of Petit Verdot (15%) adds a leafy, intriguing aspect. Good cellaring potential.
