From South Africa's Mr Chenin himself, this is a no-brainer to add to your weekly shop – especially as this wine won Silver at the 2023 Decanter World Wine Awards. You can taste the old-vine concentration in the voluptuous honeyed apricot and quince flavours, given added complexity, nutty creaminess and spice from nine months ageing on lees in barrels. Delicious now but will gain further complexity with some bottle age too.
