This ballsy Stellenbosch Cab wears its fruit on its sleeve. There’s jammy blackcurrant and cooked raspberry which rub up nicely against woodsmoke and vanilla (20% is aged in new French oak). It’s a heady combination; a big bold Cabernet that cries out for something smoky and salty from the braai.
