Pieter Walser's eclectic wines are worth exploring (via UK importer Swig), and this is a fine pick up by Lay & Wheeler, showing great acid structure and lovely complexity, length and weight of lime cordial, rosemary and stone fruit, and cashew creaminess from a year in oak and five in bottle.
