There have been steady improvements in the Cambalala range over the past year, and this new wine is a good addition. Mainly Chenin Blanc, joined by Chardonnay and Grenache Blanc with a smidge of Roussanne and Verdelho, there's ample concentration in the ripe apple, lemongrass and almond flavours.
