Bruce Jack, Pinotage Malbec, Western Cape, 2020

This blend of Pinotage and Malbec has a jammy nose of cherries and juicy berries, followed in the mouth by a smooth, round, chocolatey character with some raspberry and cherry tang, mouthcoating but gentle tannins, and a warm, spicy finish. A very drinkable albeit simple wine in its own right.
