Capeography Co, Cape White Blend, Western Cape, South Africa 2023

This is an interesting white blend of Chenin Blanc (40%), Grenache Blanc (30%), Marsanne (20%) and Palomino (10%), crafted by Boutinot in the Western Cape. Aged in tank and French oak for six months, it features nectarine and stone fruits on the nose with a touch of vanilla sweetness. Textured on the palate, fulfilling with juicy white peach and yellow citrus, refreshed by green apple peel and zesty acidity (5.9g/l), followed by a clean finish.
