Pringle Bay, Chenin Blanc, Western Cape, South Africa 2022

Rockstar winemaker Duncan Savage and well-respected Thys Louw of Diemersdal Estate teamed up to produce quality varietal wines at great value prices, and this Chenin Blanc is new to the Majestic range. Though Savage is highly regarded for his small production, sought-after wines, he has brought great skill to the low-cost, high-volume Pringle Bay wines. This Chenin Blanc is bright and elegant, with apple, lemon and pear skin wrapped up in a honeysuckle-soaked palate. Tingling acidity and a textured mouthfeel elongates the finish. This will be in stores from November.
