Made by Richard Kershaw MW in Elgin – once famous for its apples, now just as well known for its wines – this creamy Chardonnay pulls no punches. Made from 75% whole-bunch-pressed fruit it spends eight months on its lees which gives an attractive buttery character to complement the peach and tangerine fruit.
