This blend of Pinotage, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon is made by a South African black empowerment project that promotes transfer of skills in agriculture and winemaking. The striking label is a collage of the faces of the brand's black owners. Lightly spicy black fruited aromas lead to a juicy palate with rounded tannins. Plenty of appealing blackberry fruit, with hints of plum and a lift of cunchy acidity. A great value, versatile crowd-pleaser that over-delivers for the price.
