Tintilla, hailing from Pagos Carrascal and Miraflores, co-fermented with white grapes in qvevri for a dangerously drinkable wine with outstanding energy, focus and mineral assertiveness. Cranberry, redcurrant, red apple and rhubarb mingle playfully in the mouth, supported by a firm acid backbone, with a zesty quality. Subtle herbal notes of sage and dried basil. A very Atlantic edge of iodine and seaspray. Enjoy slightly chilled. Simply delicious.
