It's not every day that one drinks a blend of Pinot Noir and Syrah from Sanlúcar de Barrameda, let alone one with this character, purity and verve. Maraschino cherries, cranberry jam, ripe strawberries and crushed basil and mint are lifted by an edgy volatile pull. Best enjoyed slightly chilled.
