José Manuel and Liliana Beneitez farm 1ha of their own vines and also manage 10ha of old bush vines on high-altitude granite/schist soils. From 95% Doña Blanca, this ferments in tank and old French oak then rests on its lees for six months. It has super minerality and fresh acidity, with vibrant flavours of pear and hay.
