Made by Garnacha-loving Master of Wine Norrel Robertson, nicknamed 'the flying Scotsman', this comes from 20-year-old vines planted at 2,300m in the foothills of Mt Moncayo in Ainzon. It's a juicy, modern style, full of vanilla-flecked summer pudding fruit, sweet spice and crisp acidity.
