A delicious, quaffable and expressive pick made from low-yielding Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. This high-altitude expression offers a smooth texture with a core of deep cherry, blackcurrant and dark chocolate flavours alongside vanilla notes from well-integrated oak. A wonderful wine that deserves a hearty food pairing.

Despite only being 10% of the blend, you can really taste the Cabernet Sauvignon in this wine. Dark fruits of black cherry and bramble mix with forest floor, mint chocolate, popcorn kernels and cedar on the nose. The 16 months in new French oak gives it structure and wood spice, but the 960m elevation of the vineyards brings a freshness of acidity.
