Restrained aromas, quite elegant in red-berry fruit with a delicate spicy touch. Deliciously tense in mouth, with precise flavours and a multi-layered expression. Slow finish. Made with fruit from three vineyards with very low (less than 1000 kg/ha) yields. The white Albillo variety, interplanted with Tempranillo, provides freshness. From a remote area between Roa and Soria.
