Castillo Perelada, Gran Claustro, Brut Nature Reserva Cava 2008

The intense dryness of this developed wine is balanced by its rich honey and brioche flavours and fine mousse. Made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with just a splash of Parellada, the blend is more Champagne-like than traditional Cava. Either way, this is certainly an impressive wine.
