Drinking Window: 2017 - 2021
From five plots of organic vineyards. Each variety is vinified separately in stainless steel before blending and racking into new French oak barrels for 12 months and then a further 24 months in bottle. There is a lifted prune nose with a pretty floral note. The palate is quite rich, showing powerful cherry, date and violet flavours and a woody structure accompanied by peppery spice. There is a minty, alcohol warmth on the finish.
