An unusual blanc de noir made from the red Garnacha grape. Very creamy, toasty aromas with notes of apricot pastry. A linear, mineral and citrus style on the palate, which is rounded out with hints of toastiness, nuts and stone fruit, all underpinned by brisk acidity for a bone-dry, salty finish. Crisp and dry, with fine bubbles and super freshness.
