A cut-above, organic Albariño with a zesty, pithy citrussy energy, the fruit dipped in salty minerals and served with a mouhwatering wash of sea-spray acidity but with notes of fennel and dill and superb depth of flavour. To describe it is to induce cravings for mariscos (shellfish) to eat with it.
