Using fruit sourced from the Val do Salnés sub-zone of Albariño’s Galician heartland in Rías Baixas, this is a textbook example of the great Atlantic Spanish white grape, in which the bright apricot and pear is matched with scintillatingly saline-seasoned, lemon-juicy acidity, leading into a properly dry, pithy finish.
