The five ‘hidden lagoons’ form a glacial valley between two mountain ranges: Sierra de Gredos and Montes de Toledo. Vibrant citrus aromas: lime, grapefruit and lemon. On the palate juicy acidity is paired with a creamy texture from two months on lees; lime and lemon citrus, with notes of white peach and a gentle grassiness, underpinned by a clean mineral core. Good value for money.
