The QT range is a collection of long-aged single-cask sherries: winemaker Antonio Flores laid down this fino in 2010. Pale for its age with exciting savoury aromatics: salty and nutty with a fresh ozone character and some peachy notes. The palate fresh and pure, with lots of nuttiness – almonds, macadamia and roasted hazelnuts – cut through with biting acidity and a long, rich, savoury finish. A perfect aperitif with salted almonds, jamón and olives.
