Drinking Window: 2023 - 2025
An organic Monastrell (Mourvèdre) from the rocky, limestone soils of the Jumilla region. Savoury spices open up to ripe black plum, dark cherry and rose potpourri perfume. Good acidity on the palate to refresh the ripe notes of prunes, clove and plenty of dark spices. At 14.5%, it's warming and spicy, with wood tannin for structure.
