Pazo das Tapias, Castillo de Monterey Godello, 2016

Godello is a rescued Galician variety now seeing a revival in plantings, resulting in some easygoing whites. This unoaked version has flavours of passion fruit, white flowers and citrus. It is fleshier than Albariño but lifted by zesty acidity.
