Really elegant blend of Viura (80%) and Malvasia (20%) with the latter adding beautiful florality and fragrant lift to Viura's pear, yellow apple and guava fruit. Lovely integration of wood which brings a layer of nuttiness (almond croissant, freshly baked brioche) and sweet spice (vanilla, nutmeg) without ever becoming the protagonist.
