The heroes of Hondarrabi Zerratia (Petit Courbu), a grape variety that definitely provides more intense aromas and a very harmonious expression, while keeping a genuine Basque expression. Shows evidence of lees ageing, while keeping amazing freshness. Totally original and a benchmark for continental Biskaiko Txakoli, very different to its Atlantic cousins.
