Made for Morrisons by Baron de Ley, this is a deliciously savoury red, perfect for the Sunday roast. It's hitting a sweet spot of maturity now, with chamois-like tannins on a silky palate of wild red berries, plums and exotic spices, well-integrated oak and fresh acidity. The Carta Roja, Organic Pura Monastrell 2018 is also excellent value at £7.75.
