Produced from 80% Garnacha and 20% Viura, this intensely pink rosé falls between a modern pink and a traditional clarete, delivering flavour, texture, structure and plenty of bang for your buck. Pomegranate, blood orange, cranberry and crunchy peach mingle on the palate, which has a refreshing crunch and firm acid backbone. Top notes of rose and jasmine add lift and nuance. Very food friendly – perfect alongside roast chicken or quiche Lorraine.
