An intriguing wine: late-harvest Albariño, picked up to 25 days after the regular harvest. Wild-ferment and aged in stainless steel, the nose offers aromas of apricot, honey and orange marmalade. The palate is a delicious sweet/salty combo: ripe stone fruits give an impression of sweetness, but the palate is actually dry with characteristic Albariño freshnes and salinity, plus crisp acidity.
