The Osborne family (of Sherry fame) now owns this historic Rioja producer (established in 1874) and has implemented improvements in the vineyard and cellar, while retaining the classic Rioja style. Unmistakebly Rioja with plush oaky red fruit aromas. A silkiness to the texture with well-integrated but present tannins supporting spicy ripe fruit: plums and blackberries.Spice and toasted coconut notes linger on the finish.
