More of a peppery, smoky classically Listán Negro nose. A minerally, irony tang, but similar notes of dried flowers and berry fruits. A more complete wine, with elegance and structure. Bright acidity on a layered palate, where exquisite sweetness of fruit combine with juicy acid and pine hints. Savoury and sweet-mineral. Stays elegant and light, but detailed and structured. Elegant also but also with more structure and tannin than Lomo de los Ingleses. A longer life ahead, perhaps... Vines are planted at 1,200m.
