A ruby coloured blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The savoury attack is followed by sour cherry fruits, star anise and a touch of boiled vegetable. Juicy and soft-grained on the palate with black cherry and plum juice, refreshed by a good acidity backbone. Drink nicely now.
