Skin contact in amphora and aged in French and American oak for 24 months (second use). Jasmine and yellow apple tart on the nose with touches of apricot, seasoned with sweet spices. Ginger emerges on the yellow-fruited palate, tinged with Earl Grey tea. Complex and long.
